what brand of liquid eyeliner would you recommend?...
Ok if it’s not MAC :) NARS - Eyeliner Stylo, Bourjois - Liner Pinceau Eyeliner or AVON is not bad and it’s cheap and Paris/Berlin this is one of my favorite one.
